Which is the one breakfast food that you must have?
For breakfast, fruits and berries are a must for me. They are high on energy and keep me fresh all day long.

One fattening food item that you just can’t resist?
Being a hardcore Punjabi, I just can’t resist butter. I tend to indulge in it.

How do you get back in shape post a fattening indulgence?
Green tea and green coffee help me stay in shape. It helps get rid of toxins and more after an indulgence.

Do you prefer mini meals? What do they normally contain?
I like to eat every two-three hours depending on the weather of the country or city I’m in. I always choose healthy options.

A diet plan that always works for you?
I never diet to loose weight. My healthy food choices help me all the time.

Do you work out at home? What are the exercises you follow?
I don’t really workout. Since I’m a Gemini, I’m a little lazy (laughs). But since I love dancing and that takes care of my cardio.

Do you prefer outdoor or indoor physical activity?
I like both. I believe if you do household work diligently and keep everything in order, that’s like a full body exercise in itself. So, you’re not required to follow a workout routine as such.

Which are your favourite physical activities?
I love dancing, cooking and cycling the most.
